It was a scorching day, so the entire event unfolded inside the elegant restaurant of the InterContinental hotel. This special occasion was part of a collaboration between InterContinental Hotels & Resorts and Campari – a unique series of Sala Spiritello pop-up events across Southeast Asia. The idea behind the collaboration was to immerse guests in the rich Milanese tradition of aperitivo and digestivo, blending Italian elegance with local hospitality.
Inside the venue, everything reflected Campari’s signature style — from the vivid red decor to the atmosphere that felt straight out of Milan. A professional bartender and mixologist led an engaging masterclass, demonstrating how to create classic cocktails with Campari. Guests weren’t just watching — they were tasting, learning, and experiencing the subtle techniques that elevate a cocktail from good to exceptional.
The hotel’s general manager also took part, personally trying the drinks and encouraging guests to do the same. His presence added a layer of warmth and hospitality to the experience, making the event feel both exclusive and welcoming. The whole setup was a celebration of craftsmanship, flavor, and culture — a true taste of Milan in the heart of Southeast Asia.
