Event Photographer for
Web Summit in Lisbon, Cascais, Sintra
Conference, exhibition stand and networking coverage for companies attending Web Summit.
Web Summit moves quickly. Your team may be running a stand, meeting partners, speaking on stage and hosting clients, often at the same time. I photograph the parts that matter without slowing the event down.
This portfolio combines work from the GRI Institute Conference and SBC Summit in Lisbon: large venues, branded stands, talks, product demonstrations and real conversations between people.

About me Dimas Frolov

Hello, I'm Dimas, a photographer with over 19 years of experience. I spent more than 10 years working in Thailand before relocating to Lisbon, where I now collaborate with businesses and agencies across Europe.
My focus is on delivering images that are clear, intentional, and human. I stay behind the scenes during events, but I'm fully present in how I capture them. For me, corporate photography isn't just about documentation – it's about showing people, purpose, and presence.

Most common questions about photo shoots
Event photography for Web Summit What I cover
A useful Web Summit gallery needs more than wide shots of a busy hall. It should show where your company was, who your team met, what happened at the stand and how people responded to the product or conversation.
Conference and stage photography
I cover speakers, panels, audience reactions and the scale of the venue. The result gives you both clear record shots and images that work for press, reports and future event promotion.
Exhibition stands and networking
At a stand, the important moments are often small: a live demonstration, a focused discussion, a handshake or a visitor engaging with the team. I work around the flow of the space and include branding naturally, without turning every frame into a posed photograph.
Coverage planned around your priorities
Before the event, we agree on the schedule, key people, talks, stand activity and must-have images. Coverage can focus on one important session or follow your team across several days. The photographs are edited and delivered in an online gallery, ready for web, social media and press use.
