Big family photography. Venue: Lisbon, Portugal
Date of publication: 01 Jun 2016 | Updated: 26 Jun 2025Lisbon has just as much to offer as any exotic island – whether you're an active traveler or simply spending time with your family. Many families return here every year for their holidays, often taking the opportunity to update their family photo albums. As a family photographer in Lisbon, I help you save these moments – naturally, honestly, and without stress.
Families change quickly. A young couple with a baby today becomes an adventurous team tomorrow, and before long – a lively, close-knit bunch with inside jokes and their own traditions. Every stage is unique, and it won't repeat. But it can be preserved in photos.
I genuinely enjoy meeting new families – even though I've been a father myself for many years. Family photo sessions are always full of surprises, emotion, and life. My goal is not just to take pretty pictures but to capture how your family lives, connects, and feels.
The best way to do that? When you're all doing something together. It could be a walk through the park or by the river, playing on the beach, riding a tram, or simply hanging out at home. I won't ask kids to stand still or parents to fake a smile. I'm just there to catch what's real.
I work in Lisbon, Cascais, Sintra, and nearby areas. Sometimes it's just a few portraits for the memories, sometimes it's a whole photo story over one or two hours. I'm always happy to discuss what kind of session fits your family best.
If you'd like to know what it's like to shoot with me, read the reviews from families and kids. You'll see real names – and yes, you can message them directly if you want to know more. Everything is transparent and honest.
