Christian Church Wedding Photography on Koh Samui June 9th, 2019
This day didn’t start with champagne or a veil — it started in a church.
Frank and Miranda began their wedding with a Christian ceremony. A small church, close people, prayer and blessings. Nothing excessive, but full of meaning. The atmosphere was so sincere that even those who don’t usually show emotions watched with warm eyes.
Only after that did the preparations for the outdoor ceremony begin. Miranda — with her friends, in a room overlooking the sea, laughing, holding her dress, breathing deeply. Frank — in another part of the villa, calmly getting ready. They were both in their own rhythm — without rush, without pressure.
The beach ceremony was exactly as they dreamed: an arch by the ocean, a warm breeze, kids with rings, friends smiling. They spoke their vows holding hands. Short. Honest. Unforgettable.
After the ceremony we walked the beach. I didn’t interfere — just captured the moments. Their glances, laughter, how she held her dress, how he gently moved her hair from her face. It was all real.
In the evening — dancing, butterflies, dinner and fireworks. But the most important part — it was their day. Not staged, not scripted. Just how they wanted it.
A wedding abroad is not just about a pretty location. It’s about the freedom to be yourself. And Frank and Miranda did exactly that.
And I was lucky to be there.
